Services

We can help with a wide range of documents, generally for use abroad. Our services are only available by prior appointment.  It is always helpful if you can send the documents to us in advance with copies of your identity documents.

The following are examples of the typical documents we deal with:
  • Powers of attorney for use in buying and selling properties abroad
  • Certifying copies of educational certificates
  • Certifying copies of passports and identity documents
  • Swearing affidavits and statutory declarations
  • Certifying due execution of company documents
Appointments

Our services are only available by prior appointment. Appointments can take as little as half an hour if all the documents are in order and we have had a chance to review them beforehand.

If necessary, we can then arrange for the documents to be legalised by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office who will affix an apostille to verify signature and seal of the notary. We can also arrange further legalisation, if required, by any relevant foreign consulates.
